CHP proposes to acquire approximately 5.7 acres of land 7780 Hollister Avenue in Goleta, Santa Barbara County, California. The property is proposed to be used for the relocation and replacement of the CHP Coastal Division Santa Barbara Area Office . The current building and service structures are inadequate to house the number of employees, related equipment, and other support needs. Future actions, to include development of the property, will undergo a complete environmental compliance review under CEQA when a project description and project funding is available.
