CHP proposes to acquire approximately 6 acres of land on the northwest corner of Kearny Villa Road and Ruffin Road in San Diego, San Diego County, California. The property is proposed to be used for the reolcation and replacement of the CHP Border Division San Diego Area Office. The current building and service structures are inadequate to house the number of employees, related equipment, and other support needs. Future actions, to include development of the property, will undergo a complete environmental compliance review under CEQA when a project description and project funding is available.
