Document Description
The project is located on an unnamed tributary to Conn Creek. The site is located at 1200 Rossi Road in Napa County; Assessor's Parcel Numbers 025-060-011. The project has an approximate Latitude of 38 degrees 32.117' N, and Longitude of 122 degrees 23.936' W. The pond is covered under a small domestic use registration (D032033) from the State Water Resources Control Board for storage and use of an on channel 1.6 acre-foot pond/reservoir. Water is diverted for domestic use using a 10 gallon per minute pump. An overflow channel conveys water to the unnamed downstream creek tributary to Conn Creek. CDFW is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0444-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
