Document Description
A Site Approval application of Decatur LV Investments, LLC (c/o Rakhi Chawla) to expand an existing gas station and convenience market to include a partial demolition of the existing 720 square foot convenience store building and the construction of a 1,880 square foot addition to the building, for a total of 2,600 square feet at full buildout. The project also includes the relocation of an existing 186 square foot storage building. The existing 2,494 square foot fueling canopy will remain in use.
