Document Description
The list of projects are special repairs and on-going maintenance of existing operational faciliteis, such as boiler and emergency generator rentals, electrical and HVAC system repairs, minor water plant improvements, etc. All of the projects are on prison grounds on disturbed and developed land. The work is necessary to improve the condition of facility infrastructure and to ensure efficient operation of these facilities to meet CDCR's mission of public safety. ECF, FNCYCF, and SYCRCC are no longer operational but the maintenance work conducted at these facilities is to secure and maintain the assets.
