Document Description
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) to Caltrans for repair and/or replacement of two culverts in Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park as part of a Caltrans maintenance project to rehabilitate culvert crossings and stormwater drainage in Del Norte County. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
