The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to install remote irrigation control sstems and other irrigation equipment at various locations along STate Routes 4, 5, 12, and 99 in San Joaquin county. The purpose of this project is to conserve water usage up to 50%. It is needed because California is in a drought.
