Starr Creek Restoration Project
NOE - Notice of Exemption
Project will remove invasive Himalayan blackberry, overgrown Arroyo willows, and oak seedlings and saplings and the plant native understory shrubs and herbaceous plants along 1,156 linear feet of Starr Creek. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0432-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
Project is less than 5 acres and will enhance wildlife and stream habitat.
