The proposed project is a 92-unit residential subdivision located on approx 26.77 acres north of the intersection of Center Ave and Vine Hill Way. The project applicant has requested approval of the vesting tentative map, preliminary grading and drainage plan, preliminary utility plan, preliminary stormwater control plan, a preliminary tree removal and demolition plan, a conceptual landscape plan, and a tree removal permit. The project site is the former Pine Meadow Golf Course and consists of a former golf course and pro shop, and a currently operating restaurant and bar, and vehicle storage. Existing improvements on the site would be demolished prior to construction of the proposed project.
