The requested setback for the house and detached garage to Indian Hill is 20 feet to the property line or 60 feet to the existing centerline of Indian Hill Road, where 50 feet from the property line and 94 feet to the center of Indian Hill Road are required. The requested setback for the house and garage to Dillon Circle is 35 feet from the property line and 45 feet from the exisitng centerline of the road, where 50 feet and 75 feet, respectively, are required.
