Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to install a new culvert crossing to allow vehicular access across an ephemeral stream. The crossing is necessary to provide for a safe access point and to connect two access/maintenance roads along an above-ground transmission line route. A temporary steel bridge structure is currently in place and will be removed prior to construction.
