Reconstruct the "T" intersection of Noble Avenue at the State Route-198 eastbound ramps. Construction activities would remove the existing stop-sign controlled "T" intersection at the Noble Avenue/SR-198 EB ramps, and construct a three-legged roundabout with single lane access legs and pedestrian crossings.
