Document Description
Using only State funds, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will place a chip seal on approximately 16.7 (mil) of (SR) 395 in Modoc County from the City of Alturas, to just south of the Community of Davis Creek. A dig-out repair strategy will be used to restore badly worn pavement, prior to the chip seal.
