Document Description
A new 2,997 sf single-family residence with attached 372 sf two-car garage and 545 sf storage area above the garage, new driveway, private septic system, landscaping, grading and related improvements. Estimated grading for the project includes 0 cubic yards of cut and 354 cubic yards of fill. An estimated 300 cubic yards of over excavation/alluvial removal and compaction is also proposed.
The total project area is 0.84 acres, located within an unincorporated area near Calabasas in the coastal zone ("Project"). A septic system is proposed for sewage disposal and water will be from the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District. The Project requires approval in concept by Los Angeles County ("County"), as the Lead Agency for the Project, of an application for Director's Review.
