Document Description
Rule 205, Community Bank and Priority Reserve Bank, sets the requirements for administering loans of emissions reduction credits (ERCs) from the Community Bank and the Priority Reserve Bank. The Rule 205 amendment increased the annual renewal fee for active ERC loans. The increased fee will be used to recover the cost of staff time for renewing and updating the ERC loans and implementing emission reduction projects. Rule 306, Air Toxics Fees, establishes feet to recover the costs of implementing the Sate Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Information and Assessment Act of 1987.
