The project is to purchase and install a publicly accessible Compressed Natural Gas station at the County's Fleet Management Facility in San Jose. This grant will increase the availability of CNG fueling station in the San Jose area, reduce County fleet operating costs, facilitate new CNG bus and vehicle purchases by the County and reduce vehicle-related greenhouse gas emissions.
