The proposed project is construction of a single-story 4,734 sf addition to an existing 143,142 sf manufacturing building including three test cells and a console test equipment area. The project includes demolition of a portion of an existing building to allow construction of new test cell areas. The proposed addition will be used for testing medical radiation treatment equipment and will not increase the occupancy load of the building. The addition will be located toward the rear of the building and will be partially hidden behind existing screen walls. Parapets, roof screen, materials and finishes will match the existing building.
