Document Description
The proposed project is abatement of a grading violation involving unauthorized placement of fill. Proposed grading to abate the violation would total 725 cubic yards of material, with 645 cubic yards of fill to be removed from the project site. As part of the grading abatement, a 1,368 sf mobile home and a 320 sf rail car would be removed from the site. In addition to grading, the applicant would remove two culverts from Little Llagas Creek, which crosses the southeast portion of the property. The culverts were previously placed in the creek without authorization and may impede high flows during major storm events.
