With water right Application 31379, the Okizu Foundation seeks a right to collect 40 acre-feet annually to storage from Berry Creek and three unnamed streams tributary to Berry Creek. The proposed diversion season is from October 1 to May 31. Water will be used for irrigation and recreational purposes at Camp Okizu, which is a residential camp supporting families afflicted with childhood cancer.
