The project requests are: the continuation of a Conditional Use Permit to allow an expansion of an existing restaurant ("The Tasting Kitchen") with a full line of alcohol beverages; per the 2005 APC Entitlement (ARCW-2005-5122), the modification of Condition No. 6 to allow a closing time of 2:00 am, nightly; modification of Condition No. 12 to allow a separate cocktail bar/lounge, and modification of Condition No. 16 to allow Happy Hour, and; a Coastal Development Permit to allow for a change of use and expansion of an existing restaurant mezzanine into additional restaurant seating within the Venice Coastal Zone. Floor Area: 2,694 sf (includes new 434 sf mezzanine addition and 971 sf of service floor area).
