The California Department of Public Health is a responsible agency for this project. The Central Unified School District has proposed to permit the addition of continuous chlorination to an existing facilty. The chlorination system was added in January 2011 for emergency chlorination. Due to ongoing contamination issues, a permit amendment was requested to provide continuous chlorination.
