Document Description
The MFWC Groundwater Production Element Project includes the installation of one groundwater well to supplement existing MFWC surface and groundwater supplies. The groundwater well will be installed near an existing irrigation lateral. The MFWC proposed well would be within a 0.5-acre area in Sutter County, CA. This project is made possible through a funding partnership with the DWR (Prop 50 Integrated Regional Water Management Plan [IRWMP] Implementation funding) and the Reclamation Act of 1902 (32 Stat. 388), as amended and supplemented; and Public Law 108-361, Section 103(d)(5), Section 9504(a).
