Document Description
The 35 acre Project site is located in Fresno County, approximately 170 miles southeast of Sacramento and 125 miles northwest of Bakersfield. The northeast approximately 3 acres of the Project site is located within the City of Fresno, and the remainder of the site is located within the sphere of influence of the City. The Project site is located north of Nielsen Avenue, south of the UPRR, and east of Brawley Avenue. The Project is located within the Fresno South United States Geological Survey 7.5 minutes quadrangle, in Section 1, Township 14 South, Range 19 East, MDB&M.
