Document Description
The City of Wheatland has initiated the Nichols point Annexation project (proposed project) in order to make a minor annexation into the City boundaries. The proposed project includes annexation and pre-zone of approximately 13 acres of land immediately south of the Wheatland City limits and does not involve any development or change in land use. The annexation and pre-zone area is along the western border of the Wheatland Hop Farm property, encompassed by State Route 65 (SR-65), the Wheatland city limits, the Union Pacific Railroad, and the updated Yuba County/Placer County line.
