The proposed project consists of a 7,525 sq. ft. pool and deck area with an occupancy load for 150 people and a 29,000 sq. ft. banquets/lounge area with an occupancy load for 1,933 people, having hours or operations from 10 am to 2 am and alcohol service on the ground floor; a 7,120 sq. ft. banquet area and outdoor patio with an occupancy load for 475 people, and 3,785 sq. ft. of small event space with a combined occupancy load for 250 people, having hours of operations from 6 am to 2 am, alcohol service, live entertainment and patron dancing on the ground floor; a combined 22,836 sq. ft. of banquet space with an occupancy for 1,520 people having hours of operations from 6 am to 2 am, alcohol service, live entertainment and patron dancing on the second and third floors; a combined 14,190 sq. ft. restaurant/lounge and outdoor terrace with an occupancy load for 946 people having hours of operations from 6 am to 4 am, alcohol service, live entertainment and patron dancing on the fourth and fifth floors; an outdoor 6,180 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with an occupancy load for 412 people having hours of operations from noon to midnight and alcohol service; 70 guest rooms with alcohol being available through self-service mini-bars and room service.
