- Golden State Water Company (GSWC) proposes to operate one new 500,000 gallon water storage reservoir to provide drinking water storage and fire protection for the GSWC Lucerne System. The storage reservoir is located on an existing 5-acre GSWC parcel currently containing a well and associated facilities. The reservoir is approximately 64-feet in diameter and 24-feet in height.
