Document Description
The proposed reservoir site is partially located on an existing graded pad that is partially paved and contains two existing reservoir tanks that are surrounded by chain-link fencing, and partially located on an area of undeveloped open space. The two existing reservoirs have capacity of 2.0 MG and 1.0 MG. Exhibit 2, Existing Conditions, depicts the existing conditions on the project site and the project study area boundary. The project site is immediately surrounded by undeveloped open space, which is completely surrounded on all sides by residential development, and is approximately 1,830 feet above mean sea level. The nearest house to the project site is approximately 315 feet to the east of the existing graded pad (at the nearest point).
