Document Description
The University of California, Natural Reserve System's James San Jacinto Mountains Reserve, located north of Idyllwild, California, is proposing to install four solar-powered Cavco Cabins (modular units) with 375 sq. ft. interior space each for a total of 1,500 sq. ft. of living area with a capacity of 10 people each, and a 125 sq. ft. free-standing laundry/restroom facility. The project includes extension of potable water and propane lines to service the cabins, as well as installation of a new septic system to serve the facilities. The new septic system will be permitted through the Riverside County Department of Public Health.
