Document Description
This project consists of a major trash clean-up of Willow Basin located in Border Field State Park. A contractor will clear surface trash with hand labor, use of small sized mechanical equipment if necessary will be used with approval. State Parks will provide dumpsters. SIte disturbance will not exceed 24" without review and approval.
