The Historic Preservation Ordinance is intended to provide for the recognition, preservations, protection, and use of historic resources in Paso Robles. The ordinance will apply to any buildings, structures, objects, or sites considered to be a historic resource if it is listed in or determined to be eligible for listing in the City's historic Resource Inventory, or if it meets at least one of the criteria for designating it a Historic Landmark. The ordinance is intended to facilities compliance with CEQA regarding historic resource protection, consistent with State Federal criteria and requirements.
