Correct safety and serviceability deficiencies of the aged electrical infrastructure which was constructed in the 1960's. The aging power infrastructure has deteriorated to the point that failures are increasingly common. This poses the potential of disruption to college operations, including class cancellation, property damage, loss of data, diminished productivity, recovery costs, and mental anguish and stress among students, facility and staff. The code compliance and safety violations present significant rick of losses to life and property.
