One-year water exchange agreement with Westlands Water District and San Luis Water District for them to deliver up to 150,000 acre-feet of their water currently stored in San Luis Reservoir to Metropolitan before February 28, 2011. For every 3 acre-feet Metropolitan receives, Metropolitan would return 2 acre-feet between July and the end of September 2011.
