The applicant is requesting a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 62.41 acre site, due south of Neal Road, near McAnn Drive, into two parcels, parcel 1 being 20.52 acres and parcel 3 being 41.89 acres. An existing house is currently on parcel 1 and future development could consist of a house on parcel 2. At this time no further development is proposed for this site. The existing dwelling on proposed parcel 1 is served by an individual sewage disposal system and well. The future development on proposed parcel 2 will also be served by individual sewage dispersal systems and private well.
