- Document Description
- The proposed project is to conduct general road maintenance on the existing ASRA road system. Cal Fire heavy equipment will be used to complete the work while operating within the existing road prism. Work will focus on existing erosion problems by grading, shaping (out-sloping) and establishing rolling dips. Erosion controls and energy dissipation may be installed at existing watercourse crossings to correct and prevent future erosion. Hazard trees may be removed is found to present safety issues. Overall, the project will facilitate better access to the Auburn Shaded Fuel Break and improve access throughout the ASRA for emergency response.
