- The proposed project involves acquistion of a lease on teh Redevelopment Agency-owned property located at 925-945 E. Pacific Coast Highway. The lease, which expires on March 11, 2013, would be acquired by the Redevelopment Agency through negotiated agreement, or upon determination by the Redevelopment Agency, by eminent domain. The project also involves demolition or rehabilitation of the existing project site building for the purposes of blight removal. The project site located at the northwest corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, consists of the following parcels: Assessor Parcel Numbers 7210-013-900 and 901.
