The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2010-0030-R2, pursuant to Section 1602/1611 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. The project is limited to the construction of 2 rock fords (6&7) on a Class lll and Class ll watercourse respectively, which is actually one continuous project during new road construction and is viewed as such for the intent of this Agreement. The preceding references to crossings are as depicted on the "Thomba THP Road Issues Map" and "Tomba THP 1603 Crossing 6, 7" construction diagram.
