The purpose of the project is the replacement of two deteriorated and substandard classroom portables with new structures to enhance the educational environment for students in grades two to eight. The two older portables, located along the northeast perimeter of the school, would be demolished and replaced by three new buildings that would sited to facilitate student access to the classroom core.
