Note: Review per lead The proposed project is the adoption of Gonzales Climate Action Plan (CAP) as an implementing action of the Gonzales 2010 General Plan (2010 GP) and amendment (Supplement) of the 2010 GP EIR to include updated information on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The Gonzales CAP is an outgrowth of the "Gonzales 2010 General Plan EIR - SCH# 2009121017" (GP EIR), which contained Mitigation Measure GHG-1 (Citywide Climate Action Plan) calling for the adoption of a climate action plan prior to the approval of Specific Plans and other new development proposals.
