Document Description
The project will construct a wireless communications facility to enhance the service area for the Placer County Interoperable Radio Network and will implement the Iowa Hill Rural Telecommunications Infrastructure Project, which will bring wire-line telephone service to the town of Iowa Hill for the first time. The project includes construction of a 120-foot tall cellular monopole with two four-foot diameter microwave dish antennas, a 10-foot by 16-foot equipment shelter, ground mounted and building mounted photovoltaic energy system, and an emergency back-up generator within a 48-foot by 57-foot lease area enclosed by a six-foot-tall chain link fence.
