Document Description
The District is proposing to acquire several parcels of land in 2 separate phases in order to augment the Rowe School physical education program. The project site would ultimately be used as parking and physical education space. Phase I of the proposed project includes the development of 2 parking lots: a northern lot with 45 spaces, and a southern lot with 21 spaces. Phase II of the proposed project includes the removal of the southern parking lot and development of multipurpose fields.
