The Rancho Santa Fe School District is proposing to enter into lease agreements to create temporary off-site parking and construction yard areas during implementation of the Rowe School Modernization Project. Shutties will be provided to transport people from these sites to the Rowe School. A fourth property, across El Fuego from the Rowe School, would be leased by the District for use as a construction yard and parking area. A temporary construction office would be installed on this property.
