Document Description
Install approximately 1,100 lineal feet of two inch PVC pipe to replace an existing underground waterline that was removed previously during dike repair work at Granite Bay. The new waterline will connect the existing water supply at the main parking lot to the Horse Assembly Area at the Granite Bay main day use area. Excavate a 24 inch deep by 12 inch wide trench along a new alignment starting from the existing water shut-off valve along the road edge to the intersection of the main entrance road to Granite Bay and the spur road that enters the main day use area. Install the new waterline and backfill the trench. Hand excavate around oak tree roots > 3 inches in diameter to avoid mechanical damage to structural roots.
