Consideration of a Coastal Development Permit, Planned Agricultural Development Permit and Grading Permit, pursuant to Sections 6328.4, 6363 B and 6565.3 of San Mateo County Zoning Regulations, to construct a 5,597 sq. ft. single-family residence which involves a domestic well and grading in the amount of 10,700 cubic yards (8,200 cut and 2,500 fill) on a 2.3 acre parcel, located on the north side of Highway 92, in the unincorporated Half Moon Bay area of San Mateo County. The project is within a Scenic Corridor, and is appealable to the California Coastal Commission.
