The plot plan proposes to construct a winery resort and spa consisting of eighteen (18) buildings totaling 206,126 square feet on approximately 111 acres. Buildings 1 through 5 consist of a variety of uses and amenities such as retail shops, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. Building 6 consists of the hotel and wedding chapel; the hotel will consist of 179 hotel rooms, meeting rooms, wedding chapel facilities, a pool area, storage facilities, and the resort's service corridor. Buildings 7 through 18 will be comprised of 39 guest suites or "casitas". Other amenities will consist of an amphitheater and a spa complex. Additionally, approximately 76 percent of the net project area will be planted in vineyards.
