Document Description
This project will be a new 40' x 60' maintenance shop building. The building will include storage, office space, project work area, and ADA restroom. There will be a septic system installed consisting of a septic tank and leach pit. The area will need to be graded for the building pad to approximately two to three feet deep by cut and fill and then compacted. There will be trenching for utilities and a septic system approximately 3' x 3' x 200'.
