Document Description
Repair bathroom within the historic state owned residence at 515 Van Buren Street in the City of Monterey within Monterey State Historic Park. Remove and replace water-damaged drywall, wood framing building materials, Install new backer board and tile on the wall surrounding the shower/tub and on the floor. DPR shall abate asbestos-containing materials and any other hazardous substances in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. A DPR-qualified cultural resources specialist will document all phases of the project.
