Document Description
Cluster subdivision of existing 18.3-acre parcel into six residential parcels of approximately 1.0 to 1.18 acres each, one buildable open space parcel of 9.98 acres with a 6,000-square foot building envelope, and 2.13 acres of on-site roads, for the purpose of sale and/or development. The project includes off-site road improvements, two drainage basins of 1.8 and 0.90 acre-feet each, an easement for an equestrian/pedestrian path, temporary fruit stand, landscaping, and revegetation of portions of the open space parcel.
