Document Description
This project is being proposed to improve safety of the existing road from post mile 2.2-2.6 on State Highway 299 in Trinity County. The existing road has substandard design geometrics that will be improved by modifying the horizontal curves, super elevation, road profile, and widening the shoulders to increasing the clear recovery area. The existing geographic constraints, utilities, and limited funding are the challenges that limit the design options for this project.
