Document Description
The proposed project site is located approximately 750 feet east of SR-99, bordered by Greg Thatch Circle on the north and south and Tres Piezas Way on the east. The proposed project is located in the Natomas Creek Planned Unit Development in the North Natomas Community Plan area and consists of the construction of 66 single-family homes on 9.82 +/- gross acres and a public park (Magnolia Park) on 5.69 +/- gross acres.
