Document Description
The District circulated an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for a 30-day public review in November 2007. The District has revised the 2007 Initial Study to address those concerns. The District is directing design of a seasonal flashboard dam with a permanent foundation and fold-down flashboards to replace the historically used gravel berm dam.
